Return & Exchange Policy

We do not issue refunds to your original payment method. You are eligible for a return and issued store credit within 14 business days of the delivery date. Exchange and return shipping is the customers responsibility. 

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving.


All sale items, shoes, and undergarments are final sale.


If you were sent incorrect items or were missing items please contact us within 3 business days of your order so we can get that sorted out for you!  


RETURNS

How will I receive my store credit? Expect an E-giftcard within 5 business days after your return. Store credit is not processed right after your item is sent back. The item must be processed and inspected first.

  • we only offer store credit, no refunds will be issued.
  • the amount of your store credit will only include the price of your item and does not include shipping. 
  • merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date.
  • merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and the tags must be attached. 
  •  sale items, shoes, and undergarments are final sale.
  • any returns past the return deadline will not be accepted or will be charged a restocking fee ( a percentage of the credit will be taken away)
